Silicon Mold Making is common cost effective Rapid Tooling method for making multiple copies of parts. Cast parts can be copied from the molds with intricate shapes and surface details, as well as with limited shrinkage and can conform to production material properties. Rapid Reaction Injection Molding plastic prototype service
REACTION INJECTION MOLDING-RIM, is a new process for Rapid Tooling Production. After the mixing of the Polyurethane materials, then inject the mixed materials into the rapid mold under the room temperature and low pressure environment, according to the chemical and physical reaction of the polymerization, crosslinking, solidification of the materials, the part is molded.
